We can officially add Spider-Man to BTS‘s A-list of super successful and famous ARMYs!

For years, we’ve been hoping that Spider-Man actor Tom Holland would reveal himself to be a fan of BTS. In fact, in 2019, an ARMY got him to rock a headband of V‘s BT21 character TATA during a meet-and-greet.

After that, ARMYs were hoping that perhaps someone would officially introduce him to BTS, and he’d become a fan too.

Now, it appears that this wish has become a reality.

Twitter Movies recently interviewed Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon. The interview was conducted uniquely in that they showed the actors their fans’ tweets.

One Netizen had gone on Twitter on November 29 to celebrate scoring tickets to the new Spider-Man movie. They compared this achievement of what it feels like to obtain BTS concert tickets as both quickly sell out.

When the Spider-Man: No Way Home stars saw the tweet, they were flattered! Being compared to the biggest band in the world, it was surely an honor.

Zendaya: Oh, that’s a big comparison.

Jacob Batalon: That’s a big deal. That’s a big compliment.

Tom Holland: BTS are a big deal.

Jacob Batalon: Yeah, for sure!

Zendaya: So, that’s a big deal.

Tom Holland then revealed that he’s actually a BTS fan, so he was especially touched. He even watches fan edits of the group!

Tom Holland: I really like the edits of BTS. They’re always done really well. Very entertaining.

Jacob Batalon: They’re lit.

Twitter Movies shared this part of the interview with an appropriate caption, announcing Tom Holland’s BTS ARMY membership. We got Spider-Man on our side now!

ARMYs were shook upon hearing that Tom is indeed ARMY as for the past few years, we have only gotten crumbs of him with BTS and LINE FRIENDS‘ BT21 characters.

It’s come full circle now. We know that Tom probably has his own collection of BT21 plushes at home. We wonder, though, who his bias could be…

We do know though Tom is certainly a BTS member’s Marvel bias. Maknae Jungkook recently shared a video to Instagram of his dog Bam. We couldn’t help but notice his action figure collection, including Stan Lee‘s Guardians of the Galaxy cameo character, Deadpool, and, of course, Tom Holland in his Iron Spider armor.

Jungkook is clearly a huge fan of superhero comics, including Tom Holland’s portrayal of Spider-Man, so we can only imagine how excited he’ll be when he hears the news that his hero is a fan of his!

Tom and Jungkook have long been compared too. ARMYs low-key believe Jungkook could be the web-slinger and have even made cool fan-edits, depicting him as Spider-Man.

With all that being said, we really should have known Tom Holland was ARMY after he participated in a cover of “Dynamite” with other A-list celebs. He was trying to tell us for so long!
