“Squid Game” Star Jung Ho Yeon “Collapses” At The 2022 SAG Awards
Squid Game star Jung Ho Yeon is an incredible actress, but did you know she’s a natural comedian too?
In 2021, Jung Ho Yeon played the role of Player 067, Kang Sae Byeok. Kang Sae Byeok, a North Korean defector, wanted to win the games’ prize money to reunite her family. At the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards, Jung Ho Yeon took home the award for “Female Actor in a Drama Series” for this role.
After she and co-star Lee Jung Jae both won awards, Jung Ho Yeon was so overjoyed that she couldn’t stand upright!
Lee Jung Jae burst out laughing and embraced Jung Ho Yeon after she was helped up.
This moment was shared by Variety‘s executive editor Ramin Setoodeh. He described Jung Ho Yeon’s reaction as “collapsing.”
