“Squid Game’s” Jung Ho Yeon And Lee Jung Jae Get Shy For Two Totally Different Reasons At The SAG Awards
Squid Game won big at the 28th Screen Actors Guild Awards, taking home three of the four awards it was nominated for.
Jung Ho Yeon won “Female Actor in a Drama Series” for her role as Kang Sae Byeok. Lee Jung Jae (aka Seong Gi Hun) won “Male Actor in a Drama Series,” and the cast won “Stunt Ensemble in a TV Series.”
This night of glamor was full of memorable moments at the ceremony and behind the scenes. When asked who she would like to work with, Jung Ho Yeon named Cate Blanchett. She had, in fact, met the actress behind the scenes.
“I met her at green room, and I was so nervous,” she explained to Variety. “so I was quite awkward I think. But she was so sweet, she was so nice.”
Jung Ho Yeon was not nearly so shy, however, when asked to participate in the TikTok #DropItChallenge trend. It was a piece of cake for this professional model to work the camera while keeping a straight face.
Lee Jung Jae, on the other hand, seemed a little embarrassed. He dipped low then dipped out!
