Stray Kids’ Bang Chan Wants To Take Care Of ENHYPEN’s Jake, Here’s The Heartwarming Reason Why
After hitting the stage for KCON LA, Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan didn’t miss out on holding his live broadcast Chan’s Room. While playing songs for fans, he spilled all the details about finally meeting a fellow Aussie K-Pop idol.
Not only did Bang Chan talk about his highly-anticipated meeting with ENHYPEN‘s Jake, but he also shared the heartwarming reason why he wanted to take care of his junior.
Knowing exactly what fans were wondering after Stray Kids and ENHYPEN both attended KCON LA, Bang Chan revealed Jake’s warm personality. He said, “I finally got to meet up with this specific person. He’s an angel.”
Bang Chan then mentioned how much he wanted to look out for Jake. He continued, “He’s definitely someone that I am going to try my best to take care of. Because we are from the same continent.” That wasn’t the only reason Bang Chan wanted to care for Jake.
Despite how short Jake and Bang Chan’s first meeting was, they made sure to get each other’s information to stay in contact.

Making himself laugh, Bang Chan was amused at how dedicated he was to growing closer with Jake. He said, “I sound like a dad, but I’ll try my best to take care of him.” There was a heartwarming reason why Bang Chan was so invested.
Calling Jake “our little Australian fella,” Bang Chan declared that he and Felix would be the support he needed. Bang Chan admitted, “I feel like he could use a buddy or two, so Felix and I, we both got to get along and get friendly [with him].”
Knowing how difficult idol life can be, especially as a Korean Australian, Bang Chan was more than ready to help their fellow Aussie and become the supportive friend he needs.
