Stray Kids Becomes The Second K-Pop Group Ever To Have A Triple-Million-Selling Album
On November 17, JYP Entertainment, the label that’s home to Stray Kids, made a huge announcement in regard to the K-Pop group’s album sales.
According to the entertainment company, Stray Kids’ most recent album, their seventh EP MAXIDENT, has officially reached three million sales based on data from Circle Chart.
The album, which was released only a little over a month ago on October 7, is the first of Stray Kids’ albums to accomplish this feat. It was already their first album to surpass the two million sales mark, with their second best-selling album, the early 2022 release ODDINARY, currently around 1.75 million sales.
With this, Stray Kids has become only the second K-Pop artist in history to have a single album reach three million sales, with BTS being the only other group to accomplish it!
It seems that Stray Kids’ popularity and success are just continuing to grow with each album that they release, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!
