Stray Kids‘ Hyunjin accidentally participated in aespa Giselle and Ningning‘s “Drama” dance challenge, though in an unexpected way!

Dance challenges are the newest way for K-Pop idols to promote their release, and luckily for fans, they often will get other stars to participate in them.

EXO‘s Kai gained attention because he seemingly got the entire industry to participate in his “Rover” challenge.

In addition to interactions between idols that might not normally happen, fans love seeing their faves show off their talent in different ways.

One set of fans with a big request list for their faves are STAYs. Before their comeback with “S-CLASS” this year, most of Stray Kids’ challenges were filmed with other JYP Entertainment artists, though NCT‘s Taeyong is credited for “helping” to change that.

Though their number of challenges with other non-JYPE idols increased, fans still hope for more, including a dance challenge video with aespa.

Since their comeback with “Drama,” aespa have filmed many challenge videos with other artists.

On December 28, aespa fulfilled another request, posting a challenge filmed with Taeyong during the 2023 SBS Gayo Daejeon. And while the idols slayed the challenge, eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice something in the background.

As Giselle, Ningning, and Taeyong dance, someone comes around the corner and quickly retreats once they see a video being filmed.

Based on the person’s outfit, it is easy to see that it was Hyunjin who “crashed” the dance challenge!

Fans found his reaction hilarious, with some lamenting on this being his “participation” in the dance challenge instead of directly.
