On December 20, Monika shared a letter on Instagram informing fans of the news. She mentioned that the person she is to marry is a non-celebrity and that they were blessed with another happy miracle in the form of a “precious new life.”

As Christmas approaches, it’s that time of year when we reflect and wrap up another year. Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season, I wanted to take this moment to personally share some news with those who have always sent me love and support.
A truly happy and precious miracle has come into my life. I’ve met someone I love and have promised to spend my life with them. They’re not in the public eye and live a quiet, steady life in their own space. Although ordinary to others, they are the most extraordinary person to me.
And, another miracle that will deepen our love has blessed us—a precious life is on the way.
The love I’ve received from all of you has been so immense and overwhelming that I’ve pondered for a long time how to share this news. After much thought, I’ve gathered the courage to share it, encouraged by your warm support.

Monika is a dancer, choreographer, and reality personality who has worked with numerous artists including Taemin, Crush, and Zico. In 2021, she appeared as a competitor during the first season of Street Woman Fighter as the leader of PROWDMON, finishing in 6th place overall.
She then appeared in the show’s second season as a judge.
