A Familiar Face Makes A Cameo In The First Episode Of “Strong Girl Nam Soon” — And It’s Truly Legendary

Netizens have noticed a familiar face from the hit K-Drama Strong Woman Do Bong Soon in the show’s sequel.
When the show was first released, it captured the hearts of fans worldwide with the storyline and of course, the chemistry between Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik.
One of the most loved actors in the show, without being a main character, was actor Kim Won Hae. Throughout the series, he played two iconic characters that made netizens LOL from start to end.
And it seems he has made an impact once again.
On October 8, the first episode of the highly-anticipated follow-on series Strong Girl Nam Soon was released. The show continues the story of a family of strong women, but looking at Bong Soon’s cousin Nam Soon, played by Lee Yu Mi.
The first episode was greeted with positive reviews as a new story, and characters were introduced to netizens.

Yet, one actor starred in the first episode for only a few minutes but captured the hearts of netizens after making a return to the Strong Woman series.
While he played multiple roles in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Kim Won Hae made a return in the first episode of the new series. As expected, he once again felt the wrath of the Soon women as Nam Soon’s mother showed that she wasn’t someone to mess with.
In particular, netizens loved how, just like the OG series, Kim Won Hae’s teeth felt the real strength of the female characters.
Of course, they were remembering the moment in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon where Kim Won Hae was hospitalized because of Bong Soon and, in particular, the fact he had lost his teeth because of her strength.
After the episode aired, netizens couldn’t hide their excitement at seeing the cameo. While the show is full of new characters and a completely different storyline, netizens loved how a well-loved actor made a return and the parallels to his character in the original series.

While this cameo was truly epic, it isn’t surprising that most netizens are waiting for Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik’s cameo, which was confirmed.
