Netflix Is Releasing “Persona: Sulli” As A Tribute To The Late K-Pop Idol

Earlier today, May 20, Netflix announced that they will be releasing a one-part special episode of the anthology series Persona with the late K-Pop idol Sulli as its focus.

The episode is set to release on June 16, and will feature an in-depth interview given by Sulli back in 2019 when she was filming for what was intended to be a five-part series.

Sadly, she was only partway through filming the second episode when she passed away in October of that year.

Reception to this announcement seems to be mostly positive from K-Pop fans who are happy for the chance to see the talented star once more, and are hopeful that the episode will be respectful of her memory.
