Super Junior‘s Kyuhyun recently appeared on I Live Alone. On the show, he showed off his diet recipes. The star has been going on a healthy diet in order to lose some weight. Thanks to this simple rice bowl recipe, he managed to lose 13 lbs (6kg).

All you need is canned tuna, an egg, some brown rice, lettuce, and condiments. First, squeeze all the oil from the canned tuna.

Slice up some lettuce and add it to a heated pan.

Add a spoon of oyster sauce and a spoon of fish sauce. Kyuhyun uses a low sugar alternative for the oyster sauce.

Add the tuna and cook until the lettuce starts to turn translucent. Make a hole in the center and add an egg.

Cover with lid until egg is cooked. Pour over a bowl of rice.
