He’s back!

Siwon had been slated to present at the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMAs) this month but had to cancel the appearance, along with other schedules, following his diagnosis. He was fully vaccinated at the time he contracted the virus, having received his second vaccine in September 2021.

Now Siwon has announced his recovery on social media, saying, “I owe my deepest gratitude to all the medical staffs who took care of me and to those who worried for me.”

Fans will surely be excited to see him ready to get back in the spotlight. And just in time for SMTOWN Live 2022! The free online concert will be held on January 1, 2022 by SM Entertainment, with a line-up that includes Super Junior, Girls Generation, NCT, Red Velvet, aespa, and other prominent SM artists.

Congratulations to Siwon on his full recovery. We can’t wait to see him perform alongside his Super Junior members soon!
