The concert anticipation was extremely high from the initial announcement, marked by difficulties getting tickets due to demand.

During the first night of the concerts, fans were treated to performances of songs not done in many years, in addition to a “surprise” appearance by 2NE1′s CL.

Anticipation for the second night built quickly when fans shared that they had heard BIGBANG’s “Last Dance” behind rehearsed before the concert. “Last Dance” has been considered a “love song” from the group to their fans and an ode to their history together.

During the show’s encore, G-Dragon began singing the song alone before seemingly be surprised by Daesung and Taeyang on stage. The three then perform the song together, ending with a hug between the three idols.

Fans of course were emotional over hearing the song performed for the first time in nine years. However, some of the smaller details caught attention and made fans even more emotional.

For one, G-Dragon appeared to begin crying when he was joined on stage, something that stood out as he does not cry often.

Fans also couldn’t help but notice that a portion of the backtrack included T.O.P’s voice as G-Dragon sang the former member’s parts. Fans also believe that G-Dragon purposefully copied T.O.P’s ending pose.
