Recently, Fantasy Boys contestant Hinata apologized for the past scandal that resulted in him leaving the show.
While Fantasy Boys was airing, Hinata was alleged to have had sex with a 3rd-year middle schooler while he was in his second year of high school. The pair were reportedly dating, but the information resulted in him being removed from Fantasy Boys and his content being edited out.
A representative told OSEN that Hinata had a record of apologizing for the “inappropriate behavior.”

Based on middle school ages in Japan, the girl could have been anywhere from 13-15 years old, while Hinata was 16-17.
The age of consent in Japan is 16 years old, having been raised from 13 but exceptions exist for those 13-15 when the other party is no more than five years older.
