New details of the case have emerged.
Taiwanese actor Darren Wang is currently under investigation for attempted murder.
According to Taiwanese media outlet Ettoday, a case involving Wang Ta Lu (Darren Wang) was sent to the prosecutor’s office for further investigation pertaining to attempted murder charges.
Preliminary information revealed that Darren Wang had returned to Taiwan a few days ago and reserved a car to pick him up at the airport. However, he was not satisfied with the quality of the car that was sent to him, and thus hired an hitman to beat up the driver of the car and the individual who handled his reservation. Both people attacked sustained major injuries, which is why police are handling his case as an attempted murder.
Earlier, it was reported that Darren Wang was arrested for evading his mandatory military service.
