While an “acquaintance” has tipped off Korean media that, as of September 19, 2024 (KST), the couple “has not gotten a divorce,” Jiyeon’s return to YouTube left Koreans confused.
Despite the acquaintance’s reassurance, multiple Korean media outlets reported that, in the latest video giving T-ARA fans a sneak peek into the girl group’s 15th debut anniversary fan meeting, Jiyeon is “not wearing her wedding ring.”
The missing ring has raised eyebrows, given how the rumor has not yet been clearly addressed by the couple—but this time, Jiyeon’s married fans came to her defense, claiming that she must have taken it off for the shoot.
