Fact Check: Did THE BOYZ’s Juyeon Get Caught Lurking On aespa Winter’s Instagram?
In today’s day and age, one small misstep on the internet is likely to be cemented in history! Or at least, in your digital footprints. Idols have often been caught accidentally liking pages or posts on social media and the next one to be put in the spotlight seems to be THE BOYZ‘s Juyeon.
Fans seemingly caught the star lurking on aespa Winter‘s Instagram post! They found that he had allegedly pressed like on one of her recent photo dumps.
Verified accounts or accounts with high traction often get displayed first in the likes. Fans had initially wondered if it was a mistake as he might have been in the Explore tab scrolling. An eagle-eyed fan quickly found that there was one small detail that led them to believe the initial photo used in accusations could have been edited.
While Winter’s original profile photo is as the above, the photo used in the screenshot looked weirdly off-putting. It seemed to be an AI-made photo of Winter’s original profile picture instead. As such, it is likely that the screenshot used in the initial allegations was fabricated to draw hate to either idol.
