Popular Thai Singer Goes Viral For His New NSFW Song
A musician is garnering attention for his sexy new song.
Dharmthai Plangsilp, known professionally as TIMETHAI, is a 28-year-old Thai singer, songwriter, and dancer.
Record label Kamikaze‘s staff discovered him in 2010 after coming across his YouTube channel Dharmthai. A year later, TIMETHAI made his debut with “No More,” which surpassed 10M views on YouTube within just five months! It has over 37M views at the time of writing.
Now, TIMETHAI is reaching worldwide fame thanks to his new release, “HIT ME UP.”
TIMETHAI has been promoting the new song via social media applications, such as TikTok and Instagram, where they have garnered millions of views. The music video features TIMETHAI and his backup dancers performing shirtless and wet from a pool of water. The sensual choreography includes lots of hip thrusting and grinding, and upon listening to the song, you’ll understand why.
While the song is partially in Thai, it contains lots of English lyrics that are explicitly sexual.

When TIMETHAI ended up on everyone’s TikTok FYPs, he gained 13.7M views on one video alone, although he had 1.7M followers at the time of writing. The explicit lyrics and choreography took aback netizens, but they weren’t mad about it.
Upon viewing his recent videos, netizens have likened him to the Thai version of many famous names, including Chris Brown, BIGBANG‘s Taeyang, Jay Park, Trey Songz, and even Magic Mike. They’re loving his old-school R&B style.
The song is now going viral on TikTok, and it already has over 82K uses of the sound. It’s becoming a popular choice of music for K-Pop fan edits.
