Top Actress Returns To Acting After 7-Year Hiatus

A beloved actress, well-known for her youthful visuals and an impressive filmography, has made her return to the acting scene after a long break.

The actress in question is none other than Han Ga In.

Han, now mostly appearing on YouTube, uploaded a video titled “What Happens When Han Ga In Goes All Out For Her Acting Comeback After 7 Years” on her own YouTube channel. In the video, she took on the challenge of making her return to the screen by filming a music video for “Rules of a Princess.”

The idea, Han shared, was inspired from her children’s love for the song. But the song grew on her as well after listening to it a couple of times. “I realized it had a good melody and a meaningful message,” the actress explained.

After the director explained the synopsis to her, Han candidly confessed, “I suddenly have to act. It’s so unfamiliar.” The experience reminded her of the time she was filming her hit 2005 drama, Super Rookie. “This isn’t what I imagined, so I’m wondering what’s going on,” the actress added.

Despite her initial hesitations, Han eventually slipped back into her acting shoes. By the end of the shoot, she had transformed into a true pink princess, both in terms of her outfit and her on-camera portrayal.

Meanwhile, Han Ga In made her acting debut in 2002 in Sunshine Hunting, launching an incredibly successful career of more than one and a half decades. In 2018, she appeared in the K-Drama Mistress, following which she has mainly appeared in popular variety shows and YouTube content.
