On June 24, Han Ye Seul posted multiple pictures of her meals with the caption “Day 1.” Her day’s worth of food included only two meals, consisting of vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, and spinach, along with a small quantity of rice, egg, and various kinds of animal protein.

The next day, the actress posted a compilation of four pictures, tagging them as “Day 2” meals. Along with the Day 1 items, Han also added a bowl of dry fruit, oats, and coffee to the list of food she consumed that day.
