Top Actress Turns Unrecognizable After Drastic Visual Transformation
The Glory fame Lim Ji Yeon was recently featured in a stunning pictorial for Cosmopolitan Korea and she left fans stunned with her unexpected makeover.
On July 23, KST, the actress posted some sneak peeks from the photoshoot for Cosmopolitan Korea’s August issue. Almost every other picture from her post showcased her in a completely new visual style, almost rendering her unrecognizable.
Lim’s most experimental look in the pictorial was perhaps her blonde hair and bold makeup. In this particular style, the actress looked almost K-Pop idol-like.
She also rocked various retro-vibe outfits, including an all-black leather look with heavy emphasis around her eyes and a bold blush.
The actress also served some glam in what appeared to be two different leather dresses.
Some pictures also showed her dressed in the typical retro look: a short a-line skirt, a wide fabric hairband, and a pair of flats.
Lim looked so different in the first look that many fans initially mistook her for someone else. Many compared Lim’s visuals to the character of Nanno from the popular Thai Netflix Show A Girl From Nowhere.
Meanwhile, the pictorial was to promote Lim’s upcoming movie, Revolver, in which she plays Yoon Sun. It is supposed to hit the theatres on August 7, KST.
