Viral “Love Next Door” Behind-The-Scenes Video Captures Flirting Between Jung Hae In And Jung So Min
Spoiler Alert
TvN‘s K-Drama Love Next Door lead actors Jung Hae In and Jung So Min have sent sparks bouncing off the walls in all 14 episodes that have aired…
…but it was the behind-the-scenes video that captured the couple’s chemistry, “too real to not be real.”
In the behind-the-scenes video, Jung Hae In and Jung So Min were shooting Episode 13’s kiss scene. Using the channel’s tagline, “There’s no end to the fun,” Jung Hae In and Jung So Min then turned the romantic moment into a cute and fun promo op for tvN.

While shooting, Jung So Min couldn’t hold back the laughter. When she fell into Jung Hae In’s arms, he then made her feel better with a gentle rub on her back.

Love Next Door takes #1 K-Drama whose behind-the-scenes videos are more flirty and fun than the actual episodes.

After the behind-the-scenes video was released, Love Next Door viewers became more convinced that the leads are—or “definitely should be”—dating in real life!
- “I feel like that’s how Jung Hae In and Jung So Min’s actual relationship might be like, so it gives me the butterflies.”
- “In the beginning of the shoot for this K-Drama, they weren’t like this. But the closer they got, the more similar the sound of their laughter became. Haha. I think that’s hilarious. I love their visual chemistry, but I also love listening to them laugh together.”
- “This video is on repeat… They’re like in their own little world. They look so good together, like… They’re actually dating. They laugh about the same things, too…”
- “The way she falls into his arms is crazy… This behind-the-scenes video is sweeter than the episode itself. And this is the first time I’ve seen K-Drama cast re-shoot a kiss scene for promotional material.”
- “No way. All the hugging and the rubbing? For a scene that isn’t even for the actual episode? This feels too real to not be real, haha. I feel like this is only possible because they’re dating each other or because they’re both single.”
- “What the heck! The way she fell into his arms and the way he rubbed her back looked way too natural to be acting!”
Despite the chemistry, the K-Drama did receive some criticism for how some of the episodes and scenes were directed. Read more about the backlash Love Next Door received over the bedroom scene in the same episode:
