TVXQ’s Changmin Purchases High-End Residential Apartment In Apgujeong

On August 12, it was confirmed that TVXQ’s Changmin purchased an apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul.

According to media outlet News1, a 13th-floor apartment at the Apgujeong Hyundai Apartments Complex 1 was purchased for ₩8.90 billion KRW (about $6.52 million USD) this past April. The owner registration has been completed, and Shim Changmin has been confirmed as the buyer.

It was also revealed that no separate mortgage was confirmed, presuming that Changmin had paid the entire amount in cash.

Hyundai apartments in the Apgujeong area are high-end luxury residential areas, and many politicians, CEOs, and celebrities including Yoo Jae Suk, Kang Ho Dong, Kim Hee Ae, and others, also own homes in this apartment complex.

Although the apartment complex is old, many people purchase homes here as an investment as reconstruction may be starting up again.
