TWICE’s Chaeyoung Shocks Netizens By Sharing A NSFW Song By A Controversial Artist

It was a dirty parody of a Christmas classic.

Now that it’s December, many of us are playing our favorite Christmas carols to get in the holiday spirit…

Yet, TWICE‘s Chaeyoung shared an unexpected version of a Christmas classic.

TWICE’s Chaeyoung

Yesterday, Chaeyoung posted a video of her dog, Logan, with a cute Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer filter via Instagram Stories. While the video seemed wholesome initially, ONCEs were shocked when they listened to the audio attached to it. It was a parody of the classic Christmas song “Sleigh Ride.”

The song in question is American musician, singer, songwriter, comedian, and producer John Valby‘s “dirty” parody of “Sleigh Ride,” released in 2000. He is known for his obscene comedy. According to Wikipedia, “His songs and shows focus mainly on sex and racial slurs, with a mix of current and historic people and events.”

You can take a look at the lyrics of the NSFW version below. It’s safe to say it’s not about a sleigh ride.

Netizens weren’t just shocked that Chaeyoung had shared the song but that her company, JYP Entertainment, never took action.

The post was not deleted; it only disappeared due to Instagram Stories’ automatic feature for it to be removed after 24 hours.
