TWICE’s Dahyun Was Able To Perform While Sick For One Heartwarming Reason

TWICE‘s Dahyun left fans in awe of her performance at the Fort Worth concert of their III tour.

The Fort Worth concert was halfway through TWICE’s US concerts, and throughout the performance, fans were nothing but impressed with what seemed like, Dahyun’s normal level of energy and enthusiasm.

So at the end of the concert, when Dahyun started to cry while giving a thank you speech, fans were shocked.

Fortunately, she had the support of her members and the vocal encouragement of fans to cheer her on.

It turned out that Dahyun was actually feeling sick but had decided that it was too meaningful of an opportunity to not perform for fans.

And Dahyun’s professionalism was so immense that everyone was able to enjoy the concert.

And now Dahyun is the latest member to have uploaded her “TW-LOG” to TWICE’s YouTube channel. In her vlog, Dahyun recorded herself preparing for each concert…

And she also gave more information about how she felt during the Fort Worth performance.

Although Dahyun doesn’t record anything about Fort Worth aside from the plane ride there, she films herself having dinner after the Atlanta concert, two days after the Fort Worth concert.

She explains that while she also had fun at the Atlanta concert…

Her stomach hasn’t been in great condition.

She was only able to eat some grapes for energy before the concert.

And for dinner, the staff prepared a simple porridge for her.

But despite not feeling well, Dahyun made sure to explain how much the support ONCEs gave her helped her feel better.

I wasn’t feeling well, but during the encore stage, I could hear ONCE shouting, “Dahyun! Dahyun!” And I teared up.

Showing immense gratitude for all the support they gave her.

I saw some ONCE holding signs that read “Dahyun” and “Dubu” in Korean. It was so pretty. I could see them whenever I walked by them, it gave me so much strength! I was so touched.

And even beyond the support she’s received from fans, Dahyun explained that she feels incredibly lucky even to be able to have concerts with fans right now.

I feel like I’m dreaming still. I mean, to see the venue filled with ONCE… It was like a dream. I felt so grateful. I really hope I can come back soon.

And as she finishes that section of the vlog, Dahyun promises fans that she will take care of herself and get better soon.

And fortunately, Dahyun tells the vlog that she is already feeling better after the first concert in New York.

I was a little sick before, but thankfully, I’m a lot better. It’s because of you, ONCE! I’m feeling a lot better now.
