TWICE’s Jeongyeon Will Not Be Attending The 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards Due To Health Conditions
Earlier this month, the 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards revealed their line up for this year’s show and gained attention from fans worldwide.
In the first line up for the show, groups such as TWICE, NCT Dream, Red Velvet and others were revealed to the public.
On August 13 KST, JYP Entertainment revealed that TWICE’s Jeongyeon would not be able to attend this event due to health conditions.
Jeongyeon will not be able to attend the 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards. We hope that fans can understand. We will do our best so that she can regain her health back quickly.

It was revealed that Jeongyeon had done neck disc surgery recently and was seen performing sitting down at their Beyond LIVE – TWICE: World in a Day online ontact concert on August 9.
TWICE is currently preparing for their October comeback, giving fans something to look forward to this fall. JYP stated, “It is true that we are working on a new album and we will reveal more details once everything has been confirmed.”
The 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards will air through TikTok and the LG U+ Idol Live app on August 13.
