Recently, Nayeon lost her wallet. In a voice-only live stream called “Help Me,” she told ONCE all about her plight.

She asked ONCE to join her (and Momo) on her quest to find the missing Chanel wallet. The wallet, a gift from one of her mother’s friends, is something she just couldn’t bear to say goodbye to.
The last time Nayeon remembered having her wallet was in a taxi. She had taken a taxi to her parents’ house and paid the fare with her credit card. By the next day, however, the wallet had vanished into thin air. Nayeon’s parents couldn’t find it at home, and Nayeon couldn’t find it at JYP Entertainment.
She continued to look for it and eventually reported it missing to the police. Meanwhile, ONCE conducted their own investigation.
