TXT’s Beomgyu Spills On His Friendship With The HYBE Artists After “The Game Caterers”
It seems as if a day doesn’t go by without netizens being treated to some adorable interactions between artists from the same company. In particular, a company has recently gained attention for exactly this reason, and it’s none other than HYBE after their idols appeared on The Game Caterers.
Over the past few weeks, SEVENTEEN, TXT, ENHYPEN, fromis_9, LE SSERAFIM, along with soloists Lee Hyun, Minhyun, and Baekho have treated netizens to some of the most wholesome interactions.
No matter the age and seniority, all the idols interacted with each other, not only showcasing their humor and charisma but also their admiration and respect for each other. Whether it was dancing together or making sure everyone had food, it was adorable.
Of course, after the show, netizens expected that the HYBE artists would be closer than ever, and it seems that one group that has been spilling the tea is TXT.
After the first shows aired, member Soobin picked SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan as the member he likes the most, all because of how close they’ve become.
Soobin even revealed that the duo met to grab a bite to eat together! He added that it was their K-Pop connection that helped the friendship. Yet, both idols’ shyness made things hard at first, but it seems like this budding friendship is truly adorable AF.
Well, it seems like that isn’t the story for all of the HYBE artists, and Beomgyu was ready to spill the tea during the group’s recent live broadcast.
TXT recently returned back from America after their tour and performing at the Lollapalooza show and treated MOAs to a group live broadcast.
During the broadcast, Beomgyu read that one MOA had asked in the chat whether it was still awkward when they met the HYBE artists at the building, particularly when it came to the elevator.
Although Soobin seems close to Seungkwan, the group’s leader revealed that he hasn’t actually met anyone since the show. With TXT and the other group’s busy schedules, it isn’t surprising that they haven’t had time to meet.
On the other hand, Beomgyu had more luck at the building and shared that he bumped into some of the artists, explaining that he met a member of SEVENTEEN and LE SSERAFIM while waiting for the elevator.
Beomgyu revealed that the friendship between them seemed quite natural as he explained, “It was so funny because everyone was just laughing.”
However, it seemed to be a completely different story once the elevator arrived and they got on. Yet, considering the enclosed space of an elevator, it wasn’t a surprising result.
As we got on [inside] the elevator, all of us became quiet and went, ‘Hello. Hi. How are you?’

Hopefully, as time goes on and the artists are less busy, they will have time to chat more, and it won’t be as awkward. If it was the first time Beomgyu met the idols outside the show, it isn’t surprising that it was awkward, but hopefully, it won’t stay like that.
