But should we really be putting our photocards in phone cases?
A video recently went viral on TikTok, showcasing the potential dangers.
A K-Pop fan (@kimhyun.com on TikTok) shared a video of her friend trying to remove her photocard of TXT‘s Beomgyu from a phonecase. Instead, it ripped in half as the back completely came off, but Beomgyu was stuck to the case.
The friend tried to get the rest of the photocard off the case. In doing so, Beomgyu got completely scratched.
The video went viral with 11.3K views at the time of writing.

K-Pop fans were horrified at the possibility of their photocards getting ruined just from putting them in a phone case. Some pointed out that photocards should be sleeved in order to protect them.
The friend and owner of the phone case (@hearts4so0bin on TikTok) went viral on the video-sharing app with over 20K views. The friends explained that the unfortunate incident occurred due to water damage.
