TXT’s Soobin Has The Best Response To A Fan Commenting “Yoongi Marry Me” During His Live Broadcast
Asking BTS‘s Suga for his hand in marriage became a running joke in the BTS fandom after ARMYs frequently asked Suga to marry them during his live broadcasts.
Even at concerts and the airport, the group can’t escape signs with proposals to Suga.
The ongoing joke has also plagued the other BTS members’ live broadcasts. BTS’s Jungkook read a “Yoongi marry me?” comment during his live broadcast and hilariously began to dance to “That That” in response.
BTS’s V also weighed in on the frequently asked question while the members gathered for a live broadcast after the GRAMMYs, stating that he always sees the comment.
It’s not only the BTS members being affected by the question; a few BTS fans have begun to leave the comment on TXT‘s live broadcasts.
BTS’s junior labelmates, TXT, continue gaining praise and fans with each comeback. They recently wrapped their U.S. concerts on their ACT: LOVESICK tour and will perform at Lollapalooza this Saturday.
It seems the members are making the most of their time in the U.S. while they wait for their highly anticipated debut at Lollapalooza.
TXT’s Beomgyu, Yeonjun, and Taehyun attended American singer and rapper Ashinikko‘s concert in Chicago last night.
While his fellow group members, sans Hueningkai, enjoyed their time at Ashnikko’s concert, leader Soobin had other plans. Instead of going out, he spent four hours of his night on a live broadcast with MOAs (TXT fans).
While live, Soobin came across a familiar comment as one fan asked, “Yoongi marry me?” Instead of ignoring the question, Soobin read it and had a hilariously blunt response.
Soobin read the comment in English, and in Korean he quickly responded, “You’ve come to the wrong channel,” before moving along.
While Soobin had an iconic response to the question, it sparked discussions about when it was appropriate to send that comment. Fans are beginning to feel that the question is already overused with BTS and that it’s disrespectful to bring into the live broadcasts of other groups.
Icb people still think this is funny. It's so overused and annoying, get over it

Luckily, Soobin had the perfect way of handling the question.
