TXT‘s Yeonjun has been defended from major criticism after his cover of BLACKPINK Jennie‘s song.
Jennie released her song “like JENNIE,” and the choreography of the track instantly became a hot topic.
It became a popular challenge among idols who all had a shot at the stylish and impactful choreography.
After a lot of requests, Yeonjun finally posted his version whilst on tour in Europe.

Yet, netizens quickly defended Yeonjun by explaining that the idol was following the original version danced by the main choreographer Vata and while it wasn’t how Jennie did it, it mimicked the professional dancers. Many couldn’t stop praising Yeonjun’s skills.
