With the announcement that BIGHIT is planning to debut two new groups, attention was focused on any possible signs from the company. In late March, netizens reported seeing what was believed to be the upcoming boy group filming in Los Angeles.

Naturally, netizens have expressed curiosity and excitement, especially considering that one of the rumored members is said to be former Trainee A‘s James.

On April 2, the rumored new boy group appeared to return to Korea, giving netizens a better look at them up close.

Fans compiled images of each of the trainees, even mentioning who they are believed to be.

This surprisingly sparked some comparisons to BTS and TXT‘s, BIGHIT MUSIC’s other boy groups’, visuals but not in the way one might think.

BTS and TXT debuted in 2013 and 2019 respectively, which were very different times. BTS debuted with a hip-hop concept, and their debut looks reflected that. The members sported heavy eyeliner and streetwear that was popular at the time.
