The app was not prepared for ARMY.

On June 12 morning (KST), BTS‘s Jin finally returned home, discharged from his mandatory military service.

Jin also took to Weverse Live to celebrate his discharge with ARMYs. Yet, there were technical difficulties.

When ARMYs were notified that Jin had gone live via Weverse, they attempted to join. Many had no luck, though. Some even thought it was their own internet connection.

Jin attempted to go live two times before it finally worked. The first two were very brief before cutting off.

ARMYs expressed frustrations about the app crashing. Many complained that Weverse should have been more prepared for the number of people on the app for Jin’s live broadcast.

Nonetheless, ARMYs were proud that so many fans tuned in for Jin’s first live broadcast since his return. Everyone was so excited for Jin to finally be back that it was only natural that the app crashed.

Hopefully, Weverse will have resolved its technical difficulties before Jin’s next live broadcast.
