Wi Ha Joon, Han So Hee And Park Seo Joon All In One K-Drama? It Might Be Happening Soon
If you’ve been sucked into the recent Netflix original series’ premieres, you’d know that Squid Game and My Name have taken over the K-Drama world. Both productions saw massive global success, as did the stars that were featured in the series.
And while the all-time hype of both productions may be nearing their end, it’s been recently reported that K-Drama viewers may be able to see a familiar face from both Squid Game and My Name—in one series.
According to JTBC News, actor Wi Ha Joon recently confirmed his casting in the upcoming K-Drama titled K-Project. The actor, who experienced overnight stardom after appearing as a police officer in Squid Game, will be playing the supporting role of Kwon Joon Taek in the series.
While Wi Ha Joon’s next project is already highly anticipated due to his previous Squid Game success, it was the reported news of his potential K-Project co-stars that have added on to the overall excitement.
According to numerous media reports, My Name actress Han So Hee has also been given a casting offer to play the female lead in the upcoming thriller series.
However, that’s not all. As if that weren’t exciting enough, it was also previously reported that Itaewon Class actor Park Seo Joon was also reviewing a potential casting offer to be in K-Project. The actor has been offered to play the male lead character, Jang Tae Sang in the production.
K-Project is a thriller series based on survival and human dignity. It follows a period when human rights were stripped from the youth and as a result, they are forced to risk their lives just to achieve a sliver of happiness.
Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon are reportedly still reviewing their casting offers and no updates have been provided on their decisions as of yet.
