On December 26, the Mapo Police Station stated they had booked Mino for violating the Military Service Act.
On December 23, the Military Manpower Administration requested that the police investigate his alleged poor work performance during his military service.

Although he was discharged on December 23, the discharge could be canceled based on the police investigation’s results, and he might have to enlist again for the period during which he did not perform well.
Recently, Dispatch exposed Song Mino, currently serving as a social service worker, to suspicions of dereliction of duty after transferring his work location from the Mapo Facility Management Corporation to the Mapo Resident Convenience Facility in March.
Although military personnel allegedly stated their position regarding his service, a YouTuber posted a video, raising suspicions about Mino receiving special treatment.
