A user by the name of @realgream uploaded video footage of the star accompanying a woman on the streets. They claim to have run into Hamin in front of the club.

You were busy bodyguarding at the club after turning off your live stream! You gaslighted me by saying if I uploaded this, you wouldn’t be able to sing again! Now, you can just go sing at karaoke if you want to sing!

In a later-released video posted, Hamin appeared to have realized he was being filmed as he covered his mouth in shock before walking away from the woman. In this post, the alleged fan included voice recordings of Hamin begging them to delete their videos.

Dear Kim Kang Min or BXB’s Hamin,
Who is more at a loss here? You? Or is it the people who, despite only  having liked you and supported you both financially and emotionally, received nothing but a lawsuit in return?

Hamin: “Please, I beg of you.”

@realgream: “I’m fine with it though, because [redacted].”

Hamin: “Please, really. Please. If my parents find out…”

@realgream: “I mean, to be honest, if you hadn’t gotten in line and just left, we wouldn’t have known either.”

Hamin: “Please help me out, please. Please help me out. You know that I’ve worked hard.”

@realgream: “We’ve worked hard too.”

Hamin: “If you don’t delete that, I can’t sing anymore. You know that.”

@realgream: “You good?”

Hamin: “If our company finds out…”

@realgream: “Yes, I know.”

Hamin: “I won’t be able to sing again.”

Despite his pleas, the post remains on X. Most international netizens defended the idol, saying his privacy was violated. Regardless of the validity behind the original poster’s claims, he would be old enough to go clubbing if he wanted to.

Now, his agency, Wolfburn, has taken action. Wolfburn issued a statement on social media in both Korean and English.

Wolfurn denied the allegations. The agency investigated and determined that Hamin had no involvement in the alleged activities and that the alleged footage/photos were “maliciously edited.” Instead of one woman, Hamin was walking with a group of friends in Hongdae.

Wolfurn has also identified the original poster, and the agency discovered the individual has a history of malicious activities against the artists. Knowing the original poster is a foreigner, Wolfburn reminded them they could be deported if they continue their illegal activities. Wolfburn has filed a formal complaint against the original poster, citing “defamation, insults, threats, and coercion.” Read the full statement below.
