Xikers’s Tour Cancelled A Day Before The First Concert — Fans Outraged By KQ Entertainment’s Statement

Hello. This is KQ Entertainment.
We regret to inform you that <2025 xikers WORLD TOUR TRICKY HOUSE : FIRST ENCOUNTER IN ASIA>, originally scheduled to take place from January 17th to February 1st, has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, including visa-related issues and local conditions. Details regarding ticket refunds will be provided by BoxLive Asia, the event organizer. We sincerely apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to the performance.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and promise to return with an outstanding performance in the future.
Thank you.— KQ Entertainment
As one can imagine, fans with plans of attending the upcoming shows were upset at the late notice cancellation. Many mentioned non-refundable aspects of attending the shows, like accommodations and flights, in their grievances to KQ and BoxLive Entertainment, the tour’s organizer.

So horrible of you to do this to the fans literally the day before their concert, you know some people travel overseas just for the concerts right? Visa and local conditions as an excuse is a joke. We all know SEA countries don't have any strict visa requirements for entry… https://t.co/na4zxOwky1

asian roadys deserve better this is so horrible and irresponsible. announcing this one day before the bangkok concert & i have friends travelling overseas just to see them bc of the lack of dates and can’t have any of their flights/accoms…. this is so shitty https://t.co/D8DA1AX4v0

In addition to anger over the cancellation, many fans criticized KQ Entertainment over the announcement itself. The announcement was shared in Korean, English, and Japanese, and did not include translations into Chinese, Indonesian, Malay or Thai.
Many felt that this was disrespectful, on top of the last minute announcement.
something else that bothers me: xikers asia tour only have 4 locations (thailand, malaysia, indonesia, macau china), and kq doesn't bother to release statement in these four languages despite cancelling the whole thing one day before. https://t.co/xOnVKu0aZu
