KBS Reporter Claims Yang Hyun Suk Built YG Through Money He Gained From Entertaining Foreign Investors
As Yang Hyun Suk‘s prostitution case continues to unfold, KBS reporter Lee Hwa Jin even went far as to claim he was able to build an empire thanks to the money he earned from entertaining foreign investors through the illegal nightlife.
Yang Hyun Suk was recently accused of spending not just one evening out with Jho Low, a multi-millionaire fugitive from Malaysia, but two. A witness claimed that an employee from YG Entertainment had set up a hotel for Jho Low to entertain himself with prostitutes set up by Yang Hyun Suk and Madam Jung. This happened back in 2014.
While discussing the new accusations, reporter Lee Hwa Jin claimed Yang Hyun Suk has always been involved with the illegal nightlife and that was how he made money to build YG Entertainment.
Yang Hyun Suk is known to excessively indulge [his investors] with entertainments from the red-light district and nightlife. He was able to build the YG today by spending tens of thousands of won (hundred thousands of dollars) on entertaining [these people].

Han Seo Hee’s lawyer, Bang Jung Hyun, also revealed that Yang Hyun Suk is known as the “Mansur of Night Entertainment” who only uses cash to avoid being traced back.
Yang Hyun Suk is very much involved in the [illegal night business], so much that he’s called the ‘Mansur of Night Entertainment’.
He only uses cash [for these transactions].
