YG Entertainment is probably best known for being one of the big 3 entertainment companies and for housing some amazing artists like BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, WINNER, and iKON, but the mega entertainment company has a lot more to offer than that.

Recently, the industry giant received the honor of being selected as one of the “Top 100 Companies in the Korean Job Enterprise” by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Even more impressive, YG Entertainment was the only company in the entertainment industry to be selected!

The top 100 companies are selected through an analysis of employment and growth rate as well as from opinions from labor-management organizations.

The honor is all thanks to the companies dedication to their employees. YG Entertainment has become known within the business world for their strong job security and their promotion of youth and women employment.

In fact, the company recently hired 154 new employees, growing its workforce by 60%, and has been expanding youth jobs by 88%.
