Legendary K-Drama Actress Exposes Actor Ex-Husband For Threatening Her With Knife
Famous actor Yoo Hye Ri exposed her ex-husband.
On June 19, the actor appeared on an MBN talk show. In the episode Yoo Hye Ri revealed why she divorced her former husband, famous actor Lee Geun Hee.
According to Yoo Hye Ri, at the time of her divorce, the actor plainly stated that the couple had broken up over personality differences but the truth was much more appalling.
Because I married a colleague, our lives and careers had become intertwined. That is why I said we were divorcing over personality issues. I’ve never revealed this to my family, colleagues, or even those who are close to me.
One day my ex-husband came to drink with my acquaintances. I’m not sure why he was so upset but he started gulping down alcohol. He then grabbed a chair and threw it at a woman who was just walking by. Everyone was shocked and tried to stop him.

Yoo Hye Ri then revealed another instance of abuse when her ex-husband had threatened her with a knife, shocking everyone on the show.
We were on our honeymoon when we got into an argument while cooking. My ex-husband then started drinking before going into the sink and grabbing a knife. He then rammed the knife into the dining table. I was upset but I was also scared.

Yoon Hye Ri married Lee Geun Hee in 1994 but divorced him after 3 years of marriage. At the time, Yoon Hye Ri was one of Korea’s most popular actors.
