MCs Yoo Jae Suk And Yang Se Chan Go All Out In Keeping Their Promise To IU

IU and MC Yoo Jae Suk have known each other for years. The former debuted in 2008 when she was just 15 years old while the latter has been active in the industry since the early 1990s.

It’s no surprise that they’re close to each other, and this was especially seen in the 38th episode of Pinggyego. In the middle of the interview, IU spontaneously invited Yoo Jae Suk and fellow host Yang Se Chan to the Seoul leg of the H.E.R. World Tour.

If you both have time, come to my concert.

The two immediately perked up, knowing how good of an opportunity this was.

IU, after all, has a reputation for selling out her concerts quickly. This was especially true for the H.E.R. World Tour which was her first since the Love, Poem Tour in 2019. Though it had four separate shows, it was still as highly coveted as expected.

Yang Se Chan quickly brought out his phone and looked at his calendar. He jumped in joy when he realized that he had time to attend the concert, checking to see that his co-host could come as well.

Yang Se Chan: Hyung, I can make it!

Yoo Jae Suk: You can? Then I can, too!

Sure enough, they both ended up keeping their promise! On March 2, Yoo Jae Suk and Yang Se Chan were spotted in the crowd of the KSPO Dome alongside fellow comedian Park Myung Soo.

Not only were they excitedly participating in the show, but they also went all out and wore black suits to the event! They were among the only ones who were dressed so formally, showing that they took their promise to IU seriously.
