Yoo Yeon Seok’s “Belittling” Controversy Takes Another Turn With Bombshell Revelation
Actor Yoo Yeon Seok was previously accused of belittling the security guard of an apartment that he was alleged to have lived in. Now it has been revealed that the actor never lived in that apartment.
On March 24, news outlet Maeil Kyungjae reported that Starship Entertainment had filed a lawsuit against the netizen who claimed that the actor had belittled their father, who they alleged had been a security guard at the apartment the actor lived in.
We have filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Police against the person who spread baseless rumors about the actor on March 23 on the grounds of defamation and libel.

Yoo Yeon Seok’s representative also released a statement in which they expressed regret for having to sue the netizen. The actor’s representative then also revealed that the actor had never lived in the apartment that the netizen alleged his father had worked for.
(Yoo Yeon Seok) feels regretful about the situation, and as we stated earlier, we will proceed with pressing criminal charges for defamation against the person responsible for spreading the rumors.
6-7 years ago, Yoo Yeon Seok lived in an officetel, not an apartment, as the netizen alleges. Also, the actor never took part in riding (bicycles) with his acquaintances, and logistically speaking, the apartment is next to a large intersection, so it isn’t a place where a party of people can ride their bicycles.

Previously, Yoo Yeon Seok was alleged to have belittled a security guard working at the apartment that he lived in, causing the security guard to quit his job out of shame.
