Yoon Jisung To Make Acting Debut Alongside NU’EST’s JR
On April 13, Yoon Jisung’s agency LM Entertainment officially announced that he has been confirmed to be making his acting debut!
Yoon Jisung will be acting in the upcoming K-Drama I Will Become Your Night [working title], which is scheduled to air in the second half of this year. I Will Become Your Night will be a romance series about an A-list idol from the band LUNA who suffers from sleepwalking. A fraudulent doctor moves into the band’s dormitory to treat him secretly.
Yoon Jisung will be playing Kim Yoo Chan, the band’s drummer, who made his debut as a child actor when he was seven. Even though he was called “the nation’s son,” he was quickly forgotten and eventually returned as a drummer. While Kim Yoo Chan is always smiling and ambitious, he is secretly lonely with hidden emotional scars.
NU’EST‘s JR will also be making his acting debut in the same series. JR will be playing Lee Shin, the main character who sleepwalks.
Although Yoon Jisung has shown his acting skills in musical theater, this will be his first acting role in a K-Drama. He is also currently preparing to make a comeback on April 15 with Temperature of Love.
