YouTuber Caracula Announces Retirement And Deletes All Content

YouTuber Caracula, suspected of threatening and blackmailing Tzuyang, confessed his crimes and announced his retirement from YouTube.

On July 22, he posted a video titled “My Final Greeting” on his channel. In the video, he revealed that this marked the end of his five-year career as a YouTuber.

The controversies and suspicions that have surfaced are all my fault due to my negligence. Now that the facts have been revealed, I have no reason to lie anymore.

He added that he never conspired to threaten or receive money.

If I had known about Tzuyang’s heartbreaking past while talking on the phone with Gujeyeok, I wouldn’t have spoken about it so lightly, even if it was a personal call. This was inconsiderate and wrong on my part. I have never conspired to threaten or take money. I really hope everyone believes me on this.

He also confessed that he once received 30,000,000 KRW ($~21,615.08 USD) from a YouTuber and used it for personal purposes.

He revealed that he introduced YouTuber A, whom he met through Gujeyeok, to coin businessman B. YouTuber A received huge investment money from B and gave Caracula a large sum of money to respond to the media.

“Ultimately, A’s business was a fraud. A is being imprisoned on several charges of fraud and embezzlement. Although A committed fraud, I should not have received that money, and I have now also committed a crime.
