YouTuber Implicated In Mukbanger Tzuyang’s Blackmail Case Ridiculed For Outrageous Request
Famous mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang has been a hot topic lately. It was reported in Korean media that a group identifying as the “tow truck union” had been intimidating her. In Korean slang, “reg-ka,” literally “tow truck,” refers to YouTube channels that spread unsubstantiated negative content about celebrities, such as the notorious Sojang.
This union includes YouTubers like Hwang Chul Soo, Gujeyeok, Crocodile, Gango, Carancula, Uhm Tae Woong, and others. It was reported that they extorted money from Tzuyang by leveraging her past against her. Allegedly, Gujeyeok was recorded threatening Tzuyang’s staff directly. They purportedly warned that if certain information about her were made public, she would be pressured to retire. They also supposedly suggested that she had no choice but to comply financially to resolve the situation.

They had threatened to expose her past, where she had worked in a pub. It was belatedly revealed that she had been facing abuse by her ex-boyfriend and ex-CEO, and forced to work there.
One of the YouTubers implicated, Carancula, previously issued a statement, claiming that he did not receive money from Tzuyang and her representatives. Following Tzuyang’s explosive video announcement about the matter, Carancula posted a video to clarify his situation.
He claimed that he was being targeted by netizens after another YouTuber, Garosero Yeonguseo, accused him of blackmailing her. He emphasized that he did not receive a single cent from her. He ended off by sending a public request to Tzuyang and her legal team, asking for help in “resolving how unfair he feels this situation is.”
Netizens immediately opened fire, criticizing the Carancula for hurting Tzuyang a second time. As Tzuyang is the victim in the entire situation, they believe that Carancula’s request was absolutely ridiculous.
