YouTuber Lee Jin Ho Banned From Posting About Kim Sae Ron After Significant Court Ruling

Previously, the late Kim Sae Ron‘s family sued YouTuber Lee Jin Ho on accounts of stalking the late actress and her bereaved. According to Korean media, he has now been ordered to suspend YouTube broadcasts related to the deceased for three months.

CBS No Cut News reported that the court recognized Lee Jin Ho’s actions as a stalking crime and issued a provisional order. As a result, Lee Jin Ho will be prohibited from broadcasting on YouTube about the late Kim Sae Ron and her bereaved family for three months. It was added that the bereaved family also plans to file an additional lawsuit against Lee Jin Ho for defamation due to false information in his recent broadcasts.

Previously, the bereaved family sued Lee Jin Ho for defamation, accusing him of spreading false information about the late Kim Sae Ron. However, Lee Jin Ho continued to reveal unverified private matters about Kim Sae Ron and her family. On March 27, 2025, the bereaved family filed an additional lawsuit against Lee Jin Ho for violating the Act on Punishment of Stalking Crimes and requested a provisional order.
