For months, ZEROBASEONE (also known as ZB1) fans have been urging entertainment company WAKEONE to treat Kim Jiwoong better.

In February of this year, Kim Jiwoong was accused of cursing after a virtual fanmeeting. Later that month, Dispatch concluded by a voice analyst that it was not verifiable that Kim Jiwoong was the person who cursed. WAKEONE also issued a statement.

Ahead of this statement, ZEROSEs (ZEROBASEONE fans) urged WAKEONE to protect Jiwoong as a union, and netizens pushed for his removal and spread misinformation. Many trended, “I STAND WITH JIWOONG” and “WE LOVE YOU KIM JIWOONG” in support of Jiwoong.

Despite this, WAKEONE has been failing to protect Jiwoong and promote him as an artist. For months, ZEROSEs have been calling on WAKEONE, demanding better treatment for the idol.

ZEROSEs continually pointed out that he has few to no opportunities except for his participation in ZEROBASEONE’s full-group activities and comebacks. They claimed Jiwoong has had no solo schedule, no challenges with other non-group member idols (specifically without another member), no ending fairy throughout their recent comeback, no solo posts on X (formerly Twitter) since March, no solo TikTok videos, few solo posts on Instagram, nearly any appearances in YouTube videos, etc.

Now, finally, after months, Jiwoong attended his first schedule, the Gucci exhibition, in months. Still, it was with fellow hyung line members Sung Hanbin and Zhang Hao.

Nonetheless, ZEROSEs are so happy and excited for Jiwoong to attend an event finally. He looked handsome as ever.

Jiwoong, who has been blonde for the Cinema Paradise comeback, went black for the event. He previously teased ZEROSEs at the fan meeting yesterday that he would spray his hair black.

It appears he kept his promise, and it’s just sprayed on color. He crashed Park Gunwook‘s live broadcast, and eagle-eyed fans believe they spotted some blonde peaking out.
