P1Harmony’s Keeho And ZEROBASEONE’s Seok Matthew Finally Match Each Other’s Freaks

American singer-songwriter Tinashe went viral recently with her April release “Nasty.”

The song became a summer anthem and viral dance challenge when TikTok user Nate Di Winer posted a video of himself dancing to not Tinashe’s song but Hey Choppi’s “Blind.” On X (formerly Twitter), @grruessome overlaid “Nasty” onto Nate’s clip. The rest is history.

P1Harmony‘s Keeho didn’t join the challenge just once. He did it for a fan at send-off during the group’s tour.

He and the members also did the challenge with the Chicago Cubs mascot at an MLB game in May.

During a live broadcast, fellow Canadian K-Pop idol and ZEROBASEONE (also known as ZB1) member Seok Matthew was asked if he could “match Keeho’s freak,” a reference to Tinashe’s song, which contains the lyrics, “Is somebody gonna match my nasty? Is somebody gonna match my freak?”

Can I match Keeho‘s freak? Did he, did he do that challenge? Did he do that challenge? If he did then … I would also have to match that freak.

Later, Keeho responded to a fan who mentioned Matthew. While Matthew was up for the challenge, Keeho didn’t believe it.

‘Matthew wants to match your freak.’ I know. I’ve heard, and I don’t think… I don’t think he’s… I think he’s all talk, no show. So, we’ll see. I think we’re gonna see each other at KCON or something.

Finally, months later, Matthew matched Keeho’s freak! P1Harmony uploaded the video via their official social media accounts. In the caption, Keeho revealed it was actually filmed long ago.

In just two hours, the video garnered 273K views on TikTok and 840K on Instagram at the time of writing. Fans were just so happy they finally shared it. We’ve waited for so long!
