This Active 3rd Generation Idol Has Only Had 3 Public Schedules In The Last 4 Months
On June 14, KST, Taeil’s personal YouTube account was announced in honor of his birthday, which you can visit here.
K-Pop fans often are concerned with their favorite idols ending up overworked. For many groups, the average schedule during comeback promotions or even when not promoting new music can be challenging, even for trainees.
(G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi once said the group’s schedules would begin around 1 AM while promoting.
On the other hand, some groups worry about not having enough schedules to maintain their popularity. These are often newer groups, but on occasion, as fans have worried about the girl group Weki Meki, it can happen to more established groups.

The same can be said about idols being able to have individual endeavors in between comebacks. Recently, fans of NCT‘s Taeil expressed concern over the artist’s scarce schedule.
As a member of NCT 127, Taeil was active in January when the group released their latest album Ay-Yo and completed the last dates of their NEO CITY: THE LINK world tour.
Since then, group members have been going about their activities — Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo debuted as the subunit DoJaeJung, Taeyong recently released his solo album, Mark and Haechan have continued touring with NCT DREAM, Yuta appeared in a new Japanese drama, and Johnny was scheduled to DJ at a club in Jakarta before his recent injury.
With Taeil, his appearances have all been tied to the group’s activities: a fan meeting, a festival in Thailand, and a fan call event.
Other than appearing to support the other members’ releases, fans have not seen much of Taeil lately and are voicing their concerns about his lack of any activities.
The NCT member is a 94-liner, meaning he must serve his mandatory enlistment sometime soon, so fans would like to see more of him before then.
