PURPLE KISS member Swan directly addressed her company during live broadcast after fans sent complaints her way. In the video, she begged RBW Entertainment to treat her group better.
The conversation began when a fan inquired about the delay in the group’s Korean concert, suggesting it might be due to preparations for an official lightstick and fan membership, known as PLORY. Swan directed the fans’ complaints to the company in an emotional message.

She emphasized the necessity for an official lightstick and fan membership, noting that despite PURPLE KISS’s hard work and even though they are approaching their four-year anniversary, these basic items remain absent.
“So many PLORYs and PURPLE KISS members want the official lighstick and the official membership. And I am waiting for the concert.
Are you listening, RBW? Are you listening?! Really… please make it.. please.. please… We are working really hard, and I’ll continue working hard. Please. It’s our 4th anniversary this year… And we still don’t have an official lightstick and membership. We still don’t have it. Does it make sense? [sighs]
But you must have circumstances, right? I understand it’s not that I don’t understand. I’m urging you one more time. It’s not a threat.”

Acknowledging that the company might have its reasons, Swan continued to urge RBW Entertainment to consider their requests, making it clear that her plea was not a threat but a sincere appeal for better support.
