ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo recently participated in a fun interview with ESQUIRE Korea and answered several intriguing questions!
One question that many want to know is how K-Pop idols are able to stand on stage so confidently and not show any of their nerves. Eunwoo answered this very question during his interview.
Q: How do you control your mind before going on stage?
Eunwoo revealed that his members play a big part and calming down and releasing any tension he has.
If I am with members, we make jokes and fool around with each other.

Another technique Eunwoo shared is quite unique and specific! This method also involves his members’ help.
I ask them (his members) ‘Hit my chest hard.’ And then it eases the tension sometimes.
